Can dogs get earwigs?

I'm not sure about earwigs. I would bring your dog to the vet just to make sure he is okay. Pease do not give garlic as the last person said. Garlic is very poisonous to dogs. I know as i have 3 dogs and also work for a Vet. Garlic contains thiosulphate, which is toxic to dogs. This chemical is also present in other members of the onion family (notably Garlic). An overdose results in the dog's red blood cells bursting (haemolytic anaemia).
