Having trouble finding the answer...does anyone know what the code "H3" means on my Maytag Gemini Double Oven?

Looks like I blew some kind of fuse? The clock comes on and all of the power lights (in the oven) are on....won't preheat and burners will not turn on. Thanks for any help!
