My daughter has been accepted to The University of Sheffield in England, having problems with loans.?

Sallie Mae turned down the cosigner for the Signature Loan.Cosigner has a pretty good credit history. My daughter is a straight A student and wants to further her education internationally and this school suits her like a glove! Alot of banks are not doing international student loans and I feel like our backs are up against the wall. I am a single mom with unfortunately bad credit. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
