Why was she doing this?

I recentl.y moved into a private area,i tend to dress quite glam and noticed the guy in the house opposite giving me the eye.I brushed him off.but now his wife keeps looking in at my partner.last night she walked around her home in a satin negligee'.my poartner was watching tv and could clearly see her imn the window.she kep turning light son and off.why was this??
