As a White man I got angered by Kobe Bryant's parents because of this, does this make me racist or them?

When Kobe Bryant was accused of raping the White Woman in Colorado, I got extremely angered when I heard his parents say they were upset he wasn't married to an African American woman. Now I know people are against interracial relationships in America but what angered me is I saw a touch of hypocrisy in their statement based on where Kobe Bryant was raised, he was raised in Gladwyn/Lower Merion outside of Philadelphia. Now it upsets me because I know Philadelphia and I know that is a white washed area of Philadelphia to say the least, its as rich and white as you can get in Philadelphia. Anyway so my reaction was "If you hate him dating white so much, you should've raised him in North Philadelphia but since you didn't want to live around your own people it's your own fault and please STFU" I generally have this attitude towards anyone who is against interracial marriage but is at the same time the token on their block, I'd have just as much hostility if I met a White family in a place like Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn who hated interracial marriage with Blacks because my reaction would be "You should've lived on Long or Staten Island if you didn't want your kids dating Blacks." So does this make me ignorant or racist for having this hostile attitude, why or why not?
