Can you perm short hair? ie: 4inches long.?

Sucks :/ perms jump up your hair according to how tight the curls are. You want to get the loosest possible curls so it's only wavy but it's still a perm. Ask the stylist for the largest rollers they have to make your hair wavy. That way, it looks more natural than weird tight curls. Actually, if you can watch any episodes of Jimmy Fallon's talk show from last week, he was perming a man's hair every night. You should watch, it's funny but it will give you an idea of a perm on a guy.
