For women who know about child support?

my fiance pays child support so i know a little bit about it..from what I understand they will make him pay..just not a lot...if he doesn't pay he could possibly go to jail and sit in jail until he is current on his child support...i would suggest getting a job to him because its the law to pay child support and whether or not you want to force it or not its going to happen....i have a friend who is kinda in your situation she doesn't want to make her baby's dad pay either....it sucks i know...but theres many different ways it could be handled every case is different! good luck!
