How do i move with my Desktop pc?

Hello i am moving from Florida to Indiana...i have not decided on how it will either be by plane or a friend driving me in her car..either way i cannot bring much with me on the trip....but i need to bring my Desktop pc what would be the est way to get it up to indie? the tower is pretty large and the monitor is a 22in flatscreen
