Should I go to Washington UNiversity in St. Louis or Carnegie Mellon University?

Im going into engineering and i got accepted to both of these universities. I know Carnegie Mellon is better in engineering but I am sincerely worried about the quality of life there. Im worried its all full of nerds and i wont have any fun there. Ive been led to believe that Wash U would be a better atmosphere for me and a better quality of life. What do you think
