What are the Red Sox going to do about the shortstop position when Jed Lowrie returns?

Ther's no doubt that Lowrie is the Sox shortstop of the future. But with Nick Green playing well, I don't want them to send him down when Lowrie is back. Plus, you have Julio Lugo who is a veteran but has had a rough year on defense. But will Lugo eventually get traded?
