Where can you buy a bioplast, quartz, or pirex retainer for cartilage piercing?

hot topic and spencers only have acrylic ones which i hear are very dangerous.. will a jeweler have a good one? piercing pagoda? or even claires? i can't order it online because i don't have a credit card.
