How do you get to the Well dungeon in Zelda Ocarina of Time?

There is a big wall thing that I can't get through in the well. Navi says check out the well, I go there and nothing. I've already learned the song of storms. I'm in the future. What do I dooo? Thanks in adv. for the answers!
