Hysterosalpingogram...what can you do afterwards?

about the hsg procedure...once you've had that procedure and they have found out the problem and fixed it...example:you had blocked tubes and they unblocked it...can you just go and get pregnant the "normal" way or do you have to have invitro or artificial insemination
